Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate changes into compelling customer-focused messaging across product and service portfolio.
• Own end-to-end release communications process from intake to execution, coordinating stakeholders and approvals.
• Help establish release communications operating model, including intake, workflows, governance, channel strategy, and standards.
• Lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders as the communications SME for digital products, driving decisions and action.
• Develop a centralized digital destination for releases across FedEx, internally and externally.
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness and adoption of new releases through internal communications and ongoing awareness efforts.
• Bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving work, identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, etc.
• Establish measurable feedback mechanisms to understand reach and effectiveness.
