Qualifications

• 8+ years as a BA, Systems BA, or Techno-Functional consultant.
• Expertise in reinsurance domain and platforms (FS-RI SAP, Sapiens or similar).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specs.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize functional, data, and non-functional requirements.
• Bridge underwriting, operations, claims, finance, and tech teams.
• Support assumed and ceded reinsurance processes and treaty setup.
• Define data mappings, business rules, and integration needs.
• Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, defect triage, and rollout readiness.
