Job summary

Reveille Technologies,Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) with a strong technical background and experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling. The role focuses on bridging business needs with IT solutions in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will document BRDs/FRSs, create use cases, flow diagrams, data mappings, and support cross-functional teams through the software lifecycle in an Insurity PAS environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background with understanding of product architecture and system functionality.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional documentation, and process modeling.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRSs, use cases, and process/data flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong listening, patience, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, clients and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document business requirements and create functional specs, process models and data flows.
• Lead or participate in solution design sessions, UAT, and stakeholder workshops.
