Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with reinsurance domain expertise to support a cloud-based reinsurance platform. You will work across business and technology teams to define requirements, improve processes and ensure end-to-end delivery in a complex multi-entity setting.
The role requires strong requirements gathering, data analysis and stakeholder management, with exposure to multi-currency and financial controls.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of BA/SA/PO/Techno-Functional experience in insurance or reinsurance.
- Experience with reinsurance processes: assumed and ceded.
- Experience in platform implementation or modernization.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements across functional, data, reporting and integration areas.
- Bridge between underwriting, operations, claims, finance, technology and platform/vendor teams.
- Define data mappings, business rules, and integration requirements with policy administration and finance systems.
- Develop user stories, process maps, functional specs, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Coordinate UAT, support defect triage, validate solutions and drive business readiness.
