Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Reinsurance Administrator to manage and file excess risk medical claims. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate processing and communication regarding claims.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a remote position available to candidates within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of medical claims experience, including stop loss claims processing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• File excess risk medical claims accurately and timely.
• Communicate with Client Management, Claims, and Finance departments.
• Investigate carrier reimbursement denials and prepare rebuttals.
