Job summary

Pro IS, Inc. is seeking a Reinsurance Claims Analyst to support clients remotely with claims processing, coverage checks, and data reconciliation across multiple projects.

The role requires 1–2 years in reinsurance claims, knowledge of treaties and bordereau, and strong Excel/use of basic accounting principles. No visa sponsorship is offered; remote work nationwide within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in reinsurance claims management.
• Experience with contracts, treaties, bordereau, and reporting.
• Ability to read reinsurance contracts and apply terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review client submissions to contract terms and confirm coverage.
• Booking of claims (individually or bordereau) in the claims system.
• Perform detailed claims analysis, including inception‑to‑date balances and reinstatement calculations where applicable.
• Run reports and analyze data to manage your portfolio of claims.
• Support the finance and accounting teams on data needs.
