Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Access and Word.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial reporting under Statutory, IFRS, and Solvency II frameworks for assigned reinsurance accounts.
• Investigate and explain reporting variances and fluctuations between reporting periods.
• Partner with actuarial teams to validate reporting assumptions and financial results.
• Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and workpapers for internal reporting and external audits.
• Consolidate and review financial data to support risk monitoring and business reporting.
• Support quarterly forecasting activities and reporting cycle deliverables.
• Review financial reporting prepared by junior team members, when applicable.
