Job summary

Aon is seeking a Reinsurance Actuarial Senior Analyst and/or Associate Director to support clients across projects, using Aon’s tools and methods. This role offers Bloomington MN or other U.S. locations with a virtual option for the right candidate.

You will analyze data, perform pricing and risk modeling, prepare client-ready presentations, and collaborate with brokers and staff to meet client needs. Required: 3–5 CAS exams, 3+ years actuarial experience, and programming in R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Math, Computer Science is required.
• 3 to 5 CAS Actuarial Exams completed and passed.
• 3+ years of actuarial experience.
• Programming experience, preferably in R.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across projects and assist in pricing parameter updates and market research.
• Analyze data, manage client and industry data, and perform pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling.
• Prepare client-ready presentations to communicate analysis results to brokers and clients.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure client needs are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
