Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Reinsurance Actuarial Senior Analyst and/or Associate Director to support clients across various projects, including pricing, market research, and internal development. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, data management, and client-facing presentations.

You will work with brokers and analytics teams to identify opportunities, manage data, and deliver timely, high-quality analyses. A strong R programming background and CAS exam progress are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• 3–5 CAS actuarial exams completed and passed.
• 3+ years of actuarial experience; programming in R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers, analytics, and colleagues to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Inventory and manage client and industry data.
• Analyze costs and benefits of risk transferred under reinsurance via pricing analysis and dynamic risk modeling.
• Assist in preparing client-ready presentations to communicate analyses to brokers and clients.
• Manage workflow proactively and independently to meet deadlines.
• Produce high-quality analyses within agreed timeframes.
• Take initiative on internal projects to improve processes and services.
• Coordinate with team members to avoid overlapping efforts and ensure client needs are met.
