Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy, health plan or clinical insurance claims billing, benefit assessments, billing/claims documentation, or claims auditing is preferred.
• Ability to participate in compliance program objectives and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor claims activity for accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure patient billing information is set up correctly in pharmacy software.
• Participate in reimbursement/billing conferences and meetings.
• Respond to questions or complaints about reimbursement and billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to review and resolve claim issues.
• Maintain reference information for reimbursement and copay assistance.
• Document patient information accurately in the profile.
• Uphold legal and ethical standards in all activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
