Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- CPhT preferred; licensure may be required in states with licensure.
- Experience with pharmacy billing, health plans, or claims auditing.
- Support compliance program objectives and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
- Monitor claims activity for accuracy and successful submission.
- Ensure patient billing information is correct in the pharmacy software.
- Participate in reimbursement/billing conferences and meetings.
- Respond to questions or complaints regarding reimbursement and billing.
- Work with internal teams to review and resolve claim issues.
- Maintain reference information relating to reimbursement and copay assistance.
- Document information in patient profiles with accuracy and compliance.
- Adhere to applicable laws and high ethical standards.
