Responsibilities include daily billing, monitoring accounts, submitting clean claims, and handling denials or appeals. Strong Microsoft Office skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of Medicare or related billing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in current state of residence.
• Auto liability insurance as required by law.
• English communication skills and active listening.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Complete billing tasks daily with minimal write-offs.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts.
• Collect information to prepare insurance claims.
• Submit clean claims to payors per guidelines.
• Research, correct, and resubmit rejected claims.
• Prepare appeals for denied claims.
