Responsibilities

• Performs routine and non-routine tasks requiring in-depth analysis and suggests alternatives and plans.
• Manages reimbursement processes, including third‑party accounts and variances.
• Prepares monthly Medicare and Medicaid settlement and policy reserve calculations.
• Reviews cost reports and audits, files appeals, and collaborates with health plan and hospital staff.
• Mentors staff and coordinates reimbursement-related work.
