Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports and analyses; develops presentations for senior management.
• Analyzes monthly and yearly collection goals with relevant personnel.
• Coordinates distribution of plans and reports; monitors charges, collections, and RVUs by department and payor.
• Summarizes findings in monthly reports and shares with staff and senior leadership.
• Develops ad hoc reports from various systems to improve charge entry and collection performance.
• Maintains liaison with staff for financial reporting.
• Supports special projects with performance data reports.
• Assists physician revenue cycle director in monitoring metrics.
• Ensures accurate data reporting and timely distribution.
