This role, fully remote, supports payor reimbursements and medical policies, prepares and forwards patient claims, analyzes claims for payer requirements, and drives timely cash collection.

You will monitor denial rates and AR days, identify patterns, and partner with leadership to implement process improvements while ensuring accurate and compliant claims submission.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required for entry level.
• Three years Revenue Cycle experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Process and forward patient claims to payors.
• Analyze claims to ensure payer requirements compliance.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and perform billing and collections to meet metrics.
