Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to lead a team of regulatory professionals in brokerage compliance across locations. You will guide escalation decisions, produce regulatory analyses, and maintain alignment with CBP and PGA requirements.

You will drivepenalty mitigation, ensure accurate billing for services, and monitor regulatory updates to safeguard brokerage operations and company standing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, trade, law, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in customs brokerage/trade compliance with regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customs bond obligations and respond to government inquiries and penalties.
• Manage penalties mitigation and ensure accurate billing for regulatory services.
• Ensure compliance with 19 CFR Part 111 and related regulations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex regulatory matters and regulatory guidance.
• Draft penalties, enforcement responses, and compliance guidance.
• Monitor data to identify noncompliance risks and communicate to leadership.
• Interpret regulatory requirements for internal partners and advise on impacts.
• Engage with CBP and Partner Government Agencies on routine matters.
• Develop and update compliance procedures as regulations change.
