Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience interpreting state and federal laws.
• Experience in health care compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of auditing and contract management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, research, analyze, maintain and audit key compliance matters.
• Develop and renew state contracts and amendments, including EOC revisions.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans as needed.
• Research regulatory requirements for HPSJ and delegated vendors.
• Maintain the compliance audit program with schedules, standards and reports.
• Lead routine internal and external audits and address gaps with corrective plans.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory and policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc compliance reporting.
