Qualifications

• At least eight years of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Six years as a Compliance Manager in a California health plan.
• Required certifications (CHC and CHPC).

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an effective regulatory affairs program.
• Oversee compliance functions and legal department operations.
• Conduct investigations of privacy and fraud violations.

Skills

Expert knowledge of federal and state privacy laws

In-depth knowledge of health plan operations

Strong project management skills

Education

Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
