Responsibilities

• Lead DMHC medical survey readiness activities for routine, focused, follow-up, and ad hoc surveys.
• Coordinate DMHC survey activities and corrective actions across Optum California health plans.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive survey readiness program with workplans and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate collection, review, and submission of pre-onsite, onsite, and post-onsite survey documentation.
• Conduct readiness assessments, gap analyses, mock audits, and document reviews per DMHC TAGs.
