Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced regulatory work.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or plan to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Regulatory Affairs Unit and ensure high-quality regulatory deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day regulatory responsibilities across lines of business and ensure compliance with CMS, DHCS, DMHC, and CA guidelines.
• Manage talent activities including recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews within IEHP guidelines.
• Develop standard work processes and AI monitoring workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs and represent the department in internal/external committees.
