The ideal candidate has 2+ years in regulatory affairs or healthcare compliance, strong DMHC/CMS knowledge, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in regulatory affairs, healthcare compliance, or case management.
• Knowledge of DMHC, CMS, and managed care guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; draft professional correspondence.
• Proficient in case management systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory cases from start to finish with timely, compliant outcomes.
• Review and process regulatory submissions, appeals, grievances per guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to gather docs.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain case tracking logs and reports.
• Prepare written correspondence, case summaries, regulatory reports.
• Ensure adherence to DMHC, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements for compliance.
