Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead regression testing, production validation, and release verification for our digital customer journey platforms. The role combines manual and automation work in a remote-friendly environment with BrowserStack, Jira, and CRM-adjacent workflows.

This full-time position requires residency in the United States, strong English communication skills, and ISTQB certification.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining repeatable regression packs for customer-facing or operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering/related field.
• Strong understanding of regression strategy, production-safe validation, defect triage, and automation readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approved regression execution and release readiness.
• Perform production validation and defect trend support.
• Document issues with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Maintain test assets and execution records.
• Provide status updates to Program Management.
• Coordinate validation requirements across teams.
