Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced QA/Quality Assurance professional to lead regression testing, production validation, and release verification for customer-facing platforms. The role blends manual and automation tasks and requires strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will bring 5–7+ years in QA, a Bachelor’s in a technical field, ISTQB certification, and expertise with BrowserStack and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7+ years in regression testing or related QA roles with manual and automation experience.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification required; strong testing fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual a plus.
• Experience with BrowserStack and Jira; automation scripting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regression packs and production-safe validation for customer-facing workflows.
• Execute manual test cases and regression test suites; log defects with evidence.
• Coordinate post-deploy validation planning and release readiness support.
• Maintain test assets, records, and operating documentation.
• Provide status updates and reporting to Programs Management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops for validation needs.
