Zusammenfassung

RPM, a telehealth medical practice, seeks a Virtual Registered Nurse for a 6-month contract to deliver high-quality patient care via EMR messaging and triage. You will work independently with RPM Providers and report to an RN Lead, supporting safe, productive care and team optimization in a non-traditional care setting.

You bring a BSN with an active Compact RN license, 4+ years of RN experience, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid BSN degree and current RN license in good standing.
• Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License required.
• Additional non-compact licenses (e.g., NY) are a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical RN experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, iterative clinical care role.
• Willingness to work some holidays.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education to patients in sexual and metabolic health care verticals.
• Complete tasks such as side effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall clinical practice support.
• Coordinate care effectively by triaging and escalating patient concerns to appropriate provider groups according to Ro guidelines.
• Triage patient queries and adverse event reports, routing to physician, NP, or leadership as needed.
• Utilize our EMR system to answer basic medical questions and educate patients on conditions and treatments.
• Adhere to best practices and company policies for nursing care and treatment.
• Review lab results to provide targeted lifestyle coaching and patient education for weight management.
• Serve as a resource for the non-clinical Care Team on day-to-day clinical questions.
