Job summary

WellTheory is expanding our Registered Dietitian team in a full-time remote role with benefits, working Monday - Friday 9a-5:30p PST.

You will deliver our proprietary care program to members, collaborating to assess health concerns and create personalized, functional nutrition plans. This role emphasizes disease management, MNT, and holistic health within an innovative startup setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent licensure in your state.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics, with disease management, MNT, and health lifestyle behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach.
• Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes.
• Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti‑inflammatory diets, addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross‑functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
