Job summary

WellTheory is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our remote care team. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual proficiency and a passion for functional nutrition, MNT, and autoimmune health.

You will deliver our care program to members, guide personalized plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Starting salaries range from $63k to $70k for RD and $72k to $80k for Functional RD, with comprehensive benefits and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent licensure in your state.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics, with demonstrated expertise in disease management, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and health lifestyle behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach.
• Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes.
• Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets and addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
