Job summary

WellTheory is expanding our team of Registered Dietitians in a fully remote, full-time role with PST business hours. You’ll deliver our proprietary care program to members, focusing on disease management, MNT, and holistic lifestyle guidance.

The position requires a nutrition degree and RD licensure, with preference for telehealth experience and functional testing proficiency. Equal opportunity employer and fully remote with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian licensure through the state; RD preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in dietetics with disease management, MNT and health lifestyle behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach.
• Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes.
• Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets, addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
