Job summary

WellTheory is expanding our Registered Dietitian team in a fully remote role with benefits. You will partner with us to deliver our proprietary care program to members, requiring bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and RD licensure.

The position offers a competitive salary range and equity options for a growing startup. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, apply functional nutrition and lab testing, and help members achieve whole-body health through personalized interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent licensure in your state.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics with demonstrated expertise in disease management, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and health lifestyle behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach.
• Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes.
• Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets, addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
