Job summary

Automation Anywhere seeks a Regional Vice President, Sales for the BFSI vertical in the United States, leading a US-based team of account executives in a remote setting.

You will craft and execute sales strategies, engage CXOs, drive revenue, and partner with system integrators and hyperscalers like AWS/Google to demonstrate transformative automation value. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in BFSI.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent to sustain growth.
• Spend a large portion of time on customer facing activities building relationships.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to grow pipeline and deliver joint solutions.
• Maintain accurate and predictable forecast.
• Drive continuous improvement and training around the sales process with Enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
