Job summary

Automation Anywhere, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead the BFSI US team and drive bookings for enterprise automation solutions. You will manage account executives, sell to CXOs, and partner with SI partners and hyperscalers to deliver quantifiable ROI.

You will report to the SVP, Sales and lead a remote, high-performing team with a focus on transformational automation opportunities across financial services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in BFSI sector.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent and maintain a culture of success.
• Maintain customer relationships and collaborate with partners to build pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Travel up to 50% to support engagements and leadership responsibilities.
