Job summary

Nokian Tyres is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive replacement market sales for passenger cars and light trucks. You will work from a home office within a defined territory, travel to dealers, fleets and customers, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities include building relationships, presenting Nokian Tyres offerings, and delivering excellent customer service while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in tire/auto industry.
• Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; works well in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS-Office and Salesforce/CRM.
• Willingness to travel 75% within the region (air or car).
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa or sponsorship.
• Reside or relocate to Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Present, promote and sell Nokian Tyres products/services to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Engage customers with product expertise and tailored offerings.
• Use CRM tools and market analysis to monitor sales by territory.
• Resolve territory and customer-specific issues and respond to inquiries.
• Uphold Nokian Tyres' mission and values in daily actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
