Nokian Tyres is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive replacement-market sales for passenger cars and light trucks. The role covers an assigned territory, involves travel to dealers, fleets, and customers, and often operates from a home office in Vermont or surrounding region.

You will be the trusted advisor for Nokian Tyres products, building relationships, presenting solutions, and delivering top-tier service while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce/CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Engage customers through superior product and service offerings as well as demonstrated product expertise.
• Utilizing CRM tools, market analysis and other intelligence; monitor territory’s sales by customer.
• Resolve territory and customer specific operational issues, respond to customer inquiries
• Uphold Nokian Tyres mission and values, and demonstrate supporting behaviors in day-to-day actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
