Job summary

Nokian Tyres is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive replacement market sales for passenger cars and light trucks. You will operate in an assigned geographic territory, traveling to dealers, fleets, and customer locations, with a home-office setup.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required; extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in tire or automotive industry (implied)
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel 75% within the assigned region; valid driver’s license; authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell Nokian Tyres products/services to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
• Engage customers through product knowledge and service offerings.
• Monitor territory sales by customer using CRM tools.
• Resolve territory and customer specific operational issues and inquiries.
• Uphold Nokian Tyres mission and values in day-to-day actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
