Job summary

Our client seeks a Regional Supplier Quality Leader – Configured Systems AMERICAS to guide supplier quality across the Americas. This remote leadership role partners with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and project management to improve performance and protect product quality.

You will develop people, improve processes, and advance quality metrics across a complex supplier base while leading a team of 20+ professionals. Remote location optional across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Significant experience in supplier quality, supply chain operations, or project management.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi-layered teams.
• Experience in the power industry, with familiarity in modular, balance of plant, and/or heat recovery steam generator product scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ professionals across supplier quality engineering, supplier quality inspection, and technical leader functions
• Build a strong leadership pipeline grounded in integrity, accountability, and leadership behaviors
• Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe team culture centered on safety, quality, and continuous learning
• Own the end-to-end supplier quality process from supplier approval to shipment release
• Partner with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and project management to ensure on-time delivery and product quality
• Align with global supplier quality and strategic sourcing leaders to drive supplier quality development programs
• Drive systematic improvements to meet cost of poor quality targets and key quality KPIs
