GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Supplier Quality Leader – Configured Systems, AMERICAS, to lead a 20+ person team across SQEs, SQIs, and technical leaders.

The role oversees end-to-end supplier quality for MSD, BoP, and HRSG, partnering with Sourcing, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and first-time-right quality. The ideal candidate brings significant supplier quality and leadership experience in the Power sector, with strong communication across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• Significant experience in supplier quality, supply chain operations, or project management
• Demonstrated people leadership of multi-layered teams
• Experience in Power industry with MSD/BoP/HRSG knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings, specs, and standards
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ~20+ SQEs, SQIs, and leaders with 4–5 direct reports
• Develop leadership pipeline grounded in GE behaviors
• Foster an inclusive, safe team culture focused on safety and quality
• Align cross-functionally with operations and programs
• Own end-to-end supplier quality across MSD, BoP, and HRSG in AMERICAS
• Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, and Manufacturing for on-time delivery
• Drive supplier quality development programs with Global leaders
• Lead RCA and preventive actions for supplier issues
• Oversee audits and supplier surveillance across AMERICAS
• Manage deviation requests, NCRs, and RCAs for complex issues
• Execute Lean programs and manage budgets for people/projects
• Oversee SRG metrics and audits for suppliers
• Deputize for SQEs during coverage gaps as needed
