Job summary

Ciena Corporation is seeking a seasoned regional Services product and portfolio leader for the Global Cloud Networking (GCN) group. You will shape account strategies, develop rapid commercial models, and deliver pricing clarity across offerings.

Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery to align on scope, risk, and value, while driving scalable models and reusable guardrails for multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in telecommunications services, product management, commercial management or account-strategy.
• Strong commercial and financial capability with rapid P&L and pricing model development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain command of the Services portfolio and pricing principles.
• Partner with account teams and cross-functional groups to shape account strategies.
• Build scenario-based commercial models for opportunities with clear risk/value logic.
• Create pricing and packaging recommendations with documented assumptions.
• Coordinate cross-portfolio scopes and resolve ownership gaps.
