Blue Owl seeks a Senior Market Leader to drive Private Wealth capital-raising and client relationships in the Northeast market (MA, NH, VT, ME, RI, CT, NY excluding NYC). You will engage full lifecycle activities from prospecting to onboarding, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

The role focuses on growing assets across Blue Owl’s alternatives and private market products, with opportunities to travel frequently and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Competenze

• 10+ years of total experience.
• Strong experience raising capital from financial advisors.
• Knowledge of US regulatory environments.

Mansioni

• Perform proactive sales calls, meetings, and campaigns to promote Blue Owl offerings to existing and new private wealth investors.
• Raise and retain assets within a geographic territory by calls, one-on-one and group appointments.
• Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy.
• Maintain current understanding of market, advisor, and investor trends.
• Lead and support efforts of other Market Team members.
• Maintain FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, clean U4.
