Job summary

Blue Owl Capital is expanding its Private Wealth sales team with a Market Leader role in New York City. The Senior Associate will partner with a Market Team to cultivate relationships with financial advisors, driving proactive outreach and serving as a subject matter expert on alternative investment offerings.

The position is hybrid, with in-territory travel 1–2x per month and in-office Monday–Friday in NYC. The base annual salary is $125,000–$135,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry; alternative sales experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 licensed.
• Hybrid sales experience preferred but not mandated; leverage AI as a tool to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales by developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships with financial advisors.
• Provide high level proactive sales outreach via phone, email, and virtual engagements.
• Independently schedule and conduct one-on-one advisor meetings and group presentations, with some travel 1–2x per month.
• Schedule and position the team’s senior sales resources for appropriate clients in territory.
• Attend and participate in partner firm/advisor conferences.
• Meet or exceed designated sales goals/KPIs established for the role and territory.
• Act as an expert resource on private market strategies, competitors, and products in the alternatives industry.
