Responsibilities

• Exceed annual Industrial Sales Budgets.
• Develop and execute distribution sales strategy for Equipment and Consumable sales.
• Deliver revenue and volume targets to Sales Incentive Plan budgets.
• Translate priorities into regional, account, and individual sales plans.
• Coach and develop the sales team; lead reviews and field visits.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Ensure alignment with product management, marketing, and operations.
