Omega Heavy Duty is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Eastern Central region, covering Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role is remote in the US and requires residence within the territory.

You will execute the channel’s sales strategy, grow revenue, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive company growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably B2B, automotive/trucking, or parts distribution.
• Experience with warehouse distributors and/or truck dealerships is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts or fleet services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region and some national travel.

• Market Insights: Share customer feedback and market intelligence with leadership to inform strategy.
• Disciplined Sales Process: Maintain structured call cycles, CRM documentation, and territory management.
• Customer Support Alignment: Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Call Center teams to ensure excellent support.
• Customer Education & Enablement: Plan and deliver hands-on technical and sales training for customers and partners to maximize product knowledge and adoption.
