Chase Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead construction-focused accounts in the North Central territory from a Chicago-area remote position. You will drive revenue growth by developing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors, and by managing the full sales cycle.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong consultative selling, and solid knowledge of commercial construction products.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of territory sales experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Experience with funnel management and CRM software.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales funnel including prospecting, qualification, pipeline, forecasting and closing.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-up, and meetings.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and negotiate terms with the Sales Director.
