Byrne & Jones Construction seeks an experienced outside sales professional to drive growth across a remote territory in the Midwest. You will manage prospecting, engagement with bond issuers, and the full sales cycle from qualification to close, delivering value across design-build projects.

You will present to athletic directors, parks directors, superintendents, architects, and boards, showcasing the advantages of one accountable team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex B2B deals.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Credibility with end users, executives, and boards.
• Self-motivated with ability to generate opportunities.
• Industry knowledge in design-build, sports surfacing, parks, or related sectors.
• Strong time management and CRM usage while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Territory growth and pipeline expansion.
• Early engagement on bond issues and capital plans.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Present to athletic directors, parks directors, superintendents, architects, and boards.
• Show the design-build value of a single accountable team.
• Lead pursuits and proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Meet and exceed annual targets with a robust CRM forecast.
