Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee a multi-state territory across OH, IN, KY, and WV. This remote, home-based role involves managing key customer relationships, expanding the existing distribution network, and traveling as needed to support major accounts.

You will work with a respected manufacturer, enjoy high autonomy, and build long-term partnerships while meeting sales targets through a consultative approach and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success in a multi-state territory.
• Experience growing and maintaining distributor and customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop new business while servicing existing accounts.
• Residence in OH or IN with willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a multi-state territory spanning OH, IN, KY, and WV.
• Build relationships with distribution partners, contractors, and end users.
• Conduct regular visits, product demonstrations, reviews, and site visits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to drive sales activity and product adoption.
• Create territory growth plans aligned with company objectives and track pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and responsiveness.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
