Job summary

Wonder Meats seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Remote with regional travel, reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead initiatives to expand distribution and strengthen existing customer relationships in the protein market.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating with operators, distributors, and retailers to maximize product coverage and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in food production, manufacturing, or protein distribution.
• Proven ability to build relationships with operators, distributors, and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across assigned territories and meet/exceed targets.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening current customer relationships.
• Collaborate with regional teams, distributors, and retailers to expand product portfolio.
