Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• Minimum 3 years in medical device sales leadership is preferred.
• Preferable experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and coach through performance reviews.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings.
• Collaborate with AVP, RSM, Strat Sales, and other stakeholders.
