Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of estate planning consultants, driving sales in estate planning and funeral plans. The role is remote with limited travel across England and Wales and reports to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Estate Planning Consultants, delivering on sales targets for estate planning and funeral plans.
• Implement performance management frameworks to support development.
• Train, coach and mentor team members and wider sales teams.
• Support B2B partner relationships with training and support.
• Handle complaints and resolution processes.
• Collaborate with partners in operations, legal, risk and compliance.
• Report to Head of Sales and contribute to leadership initiatives.
