Job summary

TalentoHC, in partnership with a Southern California Flexible Packaging company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth in the food and snack packaging sector across the USA.

The successful candidate will be a true hunter with 5+ years in flexible packaging sales, strong negotiation and project management skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Remote work is available across the United States, with base salary $120,000–$130,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in flexible packaging sales, specifically in food/snack packaging.
• Results-driven, hunter sales mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the customer portfolio in Food (Frozen) and Snacks packaging in the USA.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with product development to align with customer needs and approvals.
• Coordinate new projects for stock management and profitability.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors' products and pricing.
• Develop sales forecasts and related reports.
• Attend industry conferences and maintain a strong network.
• Work with internal teams to ensure delivery of client needs.
