Job summary

TalentoHC partners with a leading Flexible Packaging manufacturer in Southern California to recruit a National Sales Manager. This role focuses on building and mentoring a national sales team, developing new business, and driving revenue growth in the food and snack packaging markets.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage a robust pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with product, operations, and service teams. Remote U.S.A.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proven leadership and coachable team development skills.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience selling to food and snack packaging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a national sales team.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline and manage forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
