Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in a defined territory. You’ll be a field-based hunter, building local relationships and closing deals for mid-market customers who value a local, in-person touch.

Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, developing a territory plan, and collaborating with lead generation to grow the pipeline. Remote with travel to client sites; base in Phoenix metro or SoCal region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of targets.
• Results oriented with a hunter sales approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time and territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to Account Management.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to drive growth and retention.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to product quality, service, and accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Represent ePac at trade shows and customer events.
• Aim for ongoing pipeline, new business, and revenue growth objectives.
