Job summary

ePac LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Oklahoma region. This field-based hunter role focuses on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts, with travel to client sites within the territory.

You will work with a lead generation team and transition accounts to an Account Manager after one year. Remote role limited to Oklahoma residents, with pricing and quotes handled through our tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5 years B2B field sales or new business development.
• Hunter sales approach with a proven track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a smooth transition.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Represent ePac at regional and national trade shows and events.
